We are based in Cape Town, South Africa but we have a distributed team from all around the world ensuring that we meet your deadlines and can communicate in your timezone.

HOW DOES YOUR PROCESS WORK?

You’ll be assigned a dedicated account and project manager who will bring in the required resources where needed. Over time your account manager will get to understand more and more about your business which will make it even easier to work with us!

We believe we need to get to know more about your business, goals and objectives before we do any work.

Once you have processed your order, we’ll arrange an on-boarding call to collect all the information about your business.

From there our team will develop a brief which you will need to approve before we get started with any writing or design services. This is to ensure that you are confident that we are aligned with your strategy and business goals.

We want to deserve your business! If you no longer feel that you’re getting value from our service, simply provide us with 30-days notice and we’ll make sure that the transition and exit is smooth and trouble-free.

We would be happy to provide you with contactable references and a list of customers who have relied on us for superior service and results in their business.

PAYMENTS

Once we agree on the required services you can expect to receive an invoice from our accounts department. Payment can be done via card or PayPal, and once the funds are approved your work order progresses to the production team.

Yes, our team is available via WhatsApp or Telephone contact during SAST business hours, but can offer after-hours support in cases of an emergency.

We have worked with many agencies in the past and are happy to look at an affiliate or volume-based discount model.
